Rolex Product Methods Technician

- Design and industrialize manufacturing routings and bills of materials (BOMs) for new products.
- Specify and maintain production process documentation and update process standards.
- Centralize and implement product–process evolutions into series production.
- Ensure availability and producibility of parts for after‑sales operations.
- Establish and maintain the industrialization reference system and related documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement of best practices for new product launches.
- Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Federal VET diploma (CFC) in micromechanics or watchmaking, complemented by a Higher Technical diploma (Technicien ES) or a Bachelor HES, or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of watchmaking or precision manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and to implement action plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to adapt style to audience and context.

Minimum several years of practical experience in industrialization, production methods or manufacturing engineering; experience in watchmaking or precision mechanics is preferred (typically 3+ years).
CFC in micromechanics or watchmaking plus Technicien ES or Bachelor HES (or equivalent).
