1. Design and industrialize product ranges and nomenclatures for new products.
2. Contribute to the specification and updating of new processes.
3. Centralize and implement product-process evolutions in series production.
4. Ensure the production of after-sales service products.
5. Construct and maintain the Industrialization reference framework.
6. Participate in the improvement of best practices for new products.
7. Lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with various partners.

1. Technician ES diploma, Bachelor HES, or equivalent qualification in mechanics or microtechnology.

1. Knowledge of watchmaking manufacturing processes is an asset.
2. Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and execute action plans.
3. Excellent communication skills adaptable to context and audience.
4. Team spirit, proactivity, autonomy, initiative, curiosity, and attentiveness.

Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or watchmaking industry is preferred.
