1. Support the development and industrialization of Rolex calibers.
2. Monitor activities to ensure continuous product improvement.
3. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in caliber evolution.
4. Facilitate rituals related to the product lifecycle.
5. Communicate product performance and continuous improvement to stakeholders.

1. Holder of an engineering degree (HES), technical diploma (ES), or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in product management within horology or a technical field.

1. Ability to communicate effectively and unite teams.
2. Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, functional analysis, design of experiments, and 8D methodology.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
4. Organized, methodical, rigorous, and customer-oriented.

Demonstrated experience in managing horological products or within a technical domain.

Engineering degree (HES), technical diploma (ES), or equivalent.
