5. Draft reports at the conclusion of training sessions.
6. Participate in activities with a group of trainers and industry experts.
7. Contribute to the enhancement of the site's training process.

1. Certification in adult education, particularly in sensory or technical fields.
2. Familiarity with aesthetic criteria in high-end watchmaking is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in standard computer applications and basic quality tools.
2. Project management skills, particularly in planning.
3. Basic knowledge in sensory aesthetic analysis control.
4. Excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, flexibility, and confidentiality.
5. Proactive in suggesting improvements to the training process.
6. Strong team spirit and benevolence.

Experience in training within sensory or technical domains, preferably in high-end watchmaking.

Certification in adult education or related fields.
