1. Manage purchase requests, order placement, and tracking, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
2. Keep internal clients informed of the status of their requests and any deviations from negotiated terms.
3. Create and manage purchasing information records in IT systems.
4. Develop action plans with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Maintain close contact with suppliers to foster strong relationships.
6. Contribute to the smooth operation of the department with a focus on continuous process improvement.
7. Manage invoices in collaboration with the Finance department.

1. Commercial employee certification ideally complemented by technical experience.
2. Proven professional experience in technical procurement or technical sales.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in telephone communications.
3. Ability to multitask effectively.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with SAP being an advantage.
5. Proficient writing skills in French, with good knowledge of German or English.

Proven professional experience in technical procurement or technical sales is required.

Commercial employee certification ideally complemented by technical experience.
