Rolex Portfolio Management Officer

- Oversee the IT project portfolio by organizing monthly portfolio reviews, tracking actions and impacts, and producing domain-specific follow-up reports.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for the Management and Business divisions, ensuring data quality and readiness.
- Participate in governance by reviewing proposals and reports, and suggesting arbitration strategies.
- Innovate by integrating new technologies to enhance service tools.
- Supervise the IT project portfolio, managing risks, capacity plans, and human resources effectively.
- Facilitate and manage organizational change.
- Propose improvements for departmental organization and processes.
- Master's degree or equivalent in management, business administration, or a related field, with project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or MoP being advantageous.
- Significant experience of at least 5 years in project portfolio management.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Monday.
- Knowledge of project management tools like PPM, MS Project, and emerging technologies such as RPA, data science, and AI.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders across IT departments and in synergy with IT Financial Control.
- Openness to change and interest in matrix collaboration.
- Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and proactivity.
A minimum of 5 years in project portfolio management is required.
Master's degree or equivalent in management, business administration, or a related field.
