1. Oversee the IT project portfolio by organizing monthly portfolio reviews, tracking actions and impacts, and producing domain-specific follow-up reports.
2. Contribute to the preparation of reports for the Management and Business divisions, ensuring data quality and readiness.
3. Participate in governance by reviewing proposals and reports, and suggesting arbitration strategies.
4. Innovate by integrating new technologies to enhance service tools.
5. Supervise the IT project portfolio, managing risks, capacity plans, and human resources effectively.
6. Facilitate and manage organizational change.
7. Propose improvements for departmental organization and processes.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in management, business administration, or a related field, with project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or MoP being advantageous.
2. Significant experience of at least 5 years in project portfolio management.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Monday.
2. Knowledge of project management tools like PPM, MS Project, and emerging technologies such as RPA, data science, and AI.
3. Ability to communicate with stakeholders across IT departments and in synergy with IT Financial Control.
4. Openness to change and interest in matrix collaboration.
5. Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and proactivity.

A minimum of 5 years in project portfolio management is required.

Master's degree or equivalent in management, business administration, or a related field.
