Rolex Polymechanic Apprentice (EFZ)

- Learn to manufacture mechanical parts, tools and fixtures using conventional machine tools and CNC-controlled equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings and define the sequence of machining and finishing operations for complex components.
- Use industrial design software to assist programming and process planning for CNC machinery.
- Collaborate with workshop colleagues to process orders, monitor project progress and develop practical construction solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to production and quality control under the guidance of experienced instructors.
- Strong school-level knowledge of mathematics, physics and technical drawing
- Good spatial visualization and manual dexterity
- Logical, methodical approach to problem solving
- Very good oral command of French

No prior professional experience required; candidates should demonstrate aptitude for metalwork and precision tasks. Practical workshop experience or related hobbies are an advantage but not mandatory.
Completion of compulsory schooling; submission of school certificates/transcripts for the last three years is required. Candidate must be eligible to enrol in an EFZ apprenticeship programme.
