- Perform manual finishing and polishing operations on selected watch components to the brand's aesthetic and dimensional standards.
- Prepare components for finishing, including deburring, surface preparation and masking where required.
- Carry out dimensional and visual inspections to guarantee conformity with quality specifications and document results.
- Operate and collaborate with automatic or semi-automatic finishing equipment when process requirements dictate.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce defects and improve efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures, safety rules and production documentation.
- Maintain an organized, clean workstation and support team coordination within a 2x8 shift system.
- AFP (Federal VET) diploma in polishing (Polisseur) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in manual finishing/polishing, preferably within watchmaking or precision mechanics.
- Familiarity with automatic and/or semi-automatic finishing processes is desirable.
- Excellent visual acuity and fine manual dexterity.
- Autonomous and well organized, with a strong team spirit.
- Rigorous approach and strict compliance with documented procedures.
- Availability to work on a 2x8 shift schedule.
