1. CFC in Watchmaking Finishing or AFP in Polishing.
2. Extensive experience in high-value watch component finishing.
3. Mastery of preparation, finishing, and surface decoration techniques.
4. Proficiency in using semi-automatic equipment.
5. Excellent visual acuity.
6. Team spirit, dynamism, and rigor.
7. Ability to observe, analyze, and propose feasible range evolutions.
