- Perform polishing of Rolex and Tudor products in after-sales service.
- Conduct inspections and observations according to defined criteria.
- CFC in finishing or equivalent training.
- Proficiency in polishing techniques: sanding, felting, lapping, polishing, satin finishing, and brightening on cases and bracelets in steel, gold, and platinum.
- Knowledge of industry-specific computer systems.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Customer orientation, attentive listening, and open-mindedness.
- Strong team spirit, versatility, and flexibility.
- Rigorous, organized, consistent, and diligent.
Experience in polishing within the luxury watchmaking industry is preferred.
CFC in finishing or equivalent qualification.
