1. Ensure operational availability and optimal functioning of automated storage and order preparation equipment.
2. Distribute workload across various preparation stations.
3. Monitor activity distribution to ensure timely order preparation.
4. Restore orders with 'defect' status to compliance, with support from the support service if necessary.
5. Provide technical support to colleagues and contribute to their training.
6. Ensure adequate supply of consumables necessary for order packaging.
7. Manage stock levels and signal the need for replenishment if required.
8. Perform first-level maintenance to ensure equipment functionality.
9. Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions and perform adjustments as necessary.
10. Report level 2 malfunctions to the maintenance service.

1. Diploma as Technician ES or Engineer HES in mechanics or microtechnology.
2. Experience in maintenance preferred.
3. Familiarity with automated storage equipment preferred.

1. Proficiency in IT tools for activity management (ERP, logistics management software) and MS Office.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
3. Attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong organizational skills.

Experience in maintenance is preferred, particularly with automated storage equipment.

Diploma as Technician ES or Engineer HES in mechanics or microtechnology.
