Rolex Operations Manager (Assembly Unit)

- Lead and manage a team of managers, setting clear objectives and communicating the unit’s strategic vision.
- Coach and develop managers and their teams to reach targets and expand competencies.
- Establish and enforce formal processes to ensure consistent, high-quality assembly operations.
- Define and drive the operational strategy in alignment with executive direction, balancing daily operations and project delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and promote interdepartmental cooperation to achieve common objectives.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to production planning and performance optimisation.
- Oversee audits related to environmental and social impacts and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Monitor technological developments and lead the adoption of relevant innovations within the assembly unit.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to support operational progress and change management.
- Proven record of managerial experience with responsibility for leading managers and supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrable leadership with strong listening skills, empathy and the ability to federate teams around a common vision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client- and service-oriented mindset.
- Autonomous, decisive and able to propose pragmatic solutions in a manufacturing context.

Significant experience in production or manufacturing operations with demonstrated success in managing managers and delivering operational projects within an assembly environment; experience in horological or high-precision manufacturing is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, industrial management, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
