Rolex Operations Manager (Assembly Unit)

1. Lead and manage a team of managers, setting clear objectives and communicating the unit’s strategic vision.
2. Coach and develop managers and their teams to reach targets and expand competencies.
3. Establish and enforce formal processes to ensure consistent, high-quality assembly operations.
4. Define and drive the operational strategy in alignment with executive direction, balancing daily operations and project delivery.
5. Coordinate cross-functional projects and promote interdepartmental cooperation to achieve common objectives.
6. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to production planning and performance optimisation.
7. Oversee audits related to environmental and social impacts and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
8. Monitor technological developments and lead the adoption of relevant innovations within the assembly unit.
9. Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to support operational progress and change management.

1. Proven record of managerial experience with responsibility for leading managers and supervising multi-disciplinary teams.
2. Demonstrable leadership with strong listening skills, empathy and the ability to federate teams around a common vision.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client- and service-oriented mindset.
4. Autonomous, decisive and able to propose pragmatic solutions in a manufacturing context.

Significant experience in production or manufacturing operations with demonstrated success in managing managers and delivering operational projects within an assembly environment; experience in horological or high-precision manufacturing is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, industrial management, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
