- Define the roadmap for operational excellence initiatives, aligning with company objectives.
- Oversee and manage the execution of continuous improvement projects within workshops.
- Enhance the maturity level of operational excellence routines through coaching.
- Develop materials, training, and tools to promote a culture of operational excellence within production teams.
- Structure and support workshops in implementing and monitoring operational excellence approaches.
- Train teams in the facilitation of these initiatives and ensure the effectiveness of routines.
- Create and disseminate clear operational standards to standardize best practices across workshops.
- Participate in the implementation of routines and conduct regular audits.
- Coordinate stakeholders and ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives for each initiative.
- Technician diploma or higher degree in engineering, industrial management, or production management.
- Proven experience in a production environment.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and communicate with all hierarchical levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
- Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
