1. Define the roadmap for operational excellence initiatives, aligning with company objectives.
2. Oversee and manage the execution of continuous improvement projects within workshops.
3. Enhance the maturity level of operational excellence routines through coaching.
4. Develop materials, training, and tools to promote a culture of operational excellence within production teams.
5. Structure and support workshops in implementing and monitoring operational excellence approaches.
6. Train teams in the facilitation of these initiatives and ensure the effectiveness of routines.
7. Create and disseminate clear operational standards to standardize best practices across workshops.
8. Participate in the implementation of routines and conduct regular audits.
9. Coordinate stakeholders and ensure adherence to deadlines and objectives for each initiative.

1. Technician diploma or higher degree in engineering, industrial management, or production management.
2. Proven experience in a production environment.
3. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and communicate with all hierarchical levels.
5. Demonstrated knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
6. Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
