1. Lead OPEX projects

4. Train and support colleagues in using OPEX tools
5. Act as the OPEX liaison for the sector

1. Holder of an engineering degree HES or equivalent

1. Experience in lean management
2. Proficiency in project management tools
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills
4. Autonomous, proactive, and a team player
5. Good integration skills in a team and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment

Experience in lean management is required.
