1. Lead Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives within the sector.
2. Ensure comprehensive reporting of industrial performance.
3. Define and evolve key performance indicators for monitoring industrial performance.
4. Train and support team members in the use of OPEX tools.
5. Act as the OPEX liaison for the sector.

1. Engineering degree from a university of applied sciences (HES) or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in lean management.
3. Proficiency in project management tools.
4. Scrum Master certification preferred.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Autonomous, proactive, and able to unite teams.
7. Excellent team integration skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
