Rolex Operational Excellence Intern (Process Improvement)

1. Contribute to the definition and formalisation of processes for transfer requests of resources/equipment.
2. Plan and lead thematic workshops to capture requirements, map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Serve as the primary interface and coordinator between IT, Finance and Support functions to ensure alignment and delivery.
4. Collect and analyse improvement proposals and identify the most appropriate technical and organisational solutions.
5. Support and supervise the operational rollout of new processes, promoting adoption and compliance with the reference framework.
6. Draft functional specifications and requirements documentation for the implementation of new IT processes.
7. Foster a positive, collaborative dynamic within project teams and stakeholder groups.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Management or an equivalent graduate degree.
2. Knowledge of Lean principles and/or continuous improvement methodologies.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid command of MS Office.
4. Comfortable leading meetings and facilitating workshops with cross‑functional participants.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Adaptable, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving orientation.
7. Availability for a 6‑month internship.

Enrollment in a Master’s programme with coursework or prior internship experience in process improvement, Lean or continuous improvement projects; experience facilitating workshops or coordinating cross‑functional initiatives is desirable.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management or equivalent.
