1. Actively participate in all corporate health management activities within the Manufacture.
2. Develop and implement corporate health management projects.
3. Contribute to the systematic optimization of all relevant health factors within the Manufacture.
4. Identify needs, create, and deliver training and prevention campaigns.
5. Support the corporate health management team in administrative tasks.

1. Master's degree in Psychology, preferably with a specialization in occupational and organizational psychology or equivalent training.
2. Several years of experience in managing corporate health management projects.

3. Strong analytical, conceptual, and writing skills.
4. Proficiency in presentation, facilitation, communication, and simplification.
5. Ease of contact and ability to build trust.

7. German language proficiency at B1 level.

Several years of experience in managing corporate health management projects.
