Rolex New Product Project Manager

- Conduct feasibility studies for pre-projects, assessing risks, costs, and technical constraints.
- Participate in the definition and scoping of projects, setting objectives and deliverables.
- Plan and manage projects within the New Product program, establishing detailed scenarios and schedules.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing action plans.
- Ensure all developments adhere to internal processes from concept phase to commercialization.
- Centralize and disseminate project information for clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate and lead teams across different sites for optimal synergy.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze cross-project summaries within the Production division.
- Lead and manage transversal project teams, communicating global directions and setting objectives.
- Supervise and motivate project teams, fostering a favorable context and encouraging communication and collaboration.
- Manage strategic challenges of the project portfolio and continuously improve organization and work processes.
- Engage in product monitoring.
- University degree in engineering, project management, or a related field (EPF, HES, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in agile team management or project management in a dynamic industrial environment, with the ability to handle unforeseen events.
