1. Conduct feasibility studies for pre-projects, assessing risks, costs, and technical constraints.
2. Participate in the definition and scoping of projects, setting objectives and deliverables.
3. Plan and manage projects within the New Product program, establishing detailed scenarios and schedules.
4. Identify and manage project risks, developing action plans.
5. Ensure all developments adhere to internal processes from concept phase to commercialization.
6. Centralize and disseminate project information for clear and effective communication.
7. Coordinate and lead teams across different sites for optimal synergy.
8. Collect, consolidate, and analyze cross-project summaries within the Production division.
9. Lead and manage transversal project teams, communicating global directions and setting objectives.
10. Supervise and motivate project teams, fostering a favorable context and encouraging communication and collaboration.
11. Manage strategic challenges of the project portfolio and continuously improve organization and work processes.
12. Engage in product monitoring.

1. University degree in engineering, project management, or a related field (EPF, HES, or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in agile team management or project management in a dynamic industrial environment, with the ability to handle unforeseen events.
