Rolex Multifunctional Production Operator — Ceramics

1. Produce ceramic components across the value chain: powder handling, forming, machining and tribofinishing according to R&D procedures.
2. Perform dimensional, functional and aesthetic inspections to guarantee conformity and product quality.
3. Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety instructions, including correct use of personal protective equipment.
4. Carry out routine maintenance of production equipment to ensure reliable operation and uptime.
5. Record and escalate operational data related to safety, quality and line performance to relevant stakeholders.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying non‑conformities and proposing corrective actions.

1. Federal VET certificate (CFC) or equivalent in a technical discipline is an asset.
2. Practical experience in an industrial, production or laboratory environment is preferred.
3. Solid understanding of production equipment and associated safety protocols.
4. Proven competency in manufacturing techniques, quality control and laboratory operations.
5. Proficiency with common office productivity tools for reporting and documentation.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation and clear, effective communication.
7. Flexible, versatile and capable of working autonomously to manage daily tasks.
