1. Manufacture of individual or small series components for assembly and stamping tools.
2. Programming using CAD/CAM software and machining on 3 and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
3. Preparation and setup of the machining station, including assembly and disassembly of cutting tools, as well as setup and adjustment of parts to be machined.
4. Continuous innovation through the research and testing of new cutting tools to enhance milling performance on demanding materials such as hardened steels or carbide.
5. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, contributing to their optimal functioning.

1. CFC level in polymechanics or equivalent training.
2. Additional training in CAD/CAM and machining on CNC machines.

1. Proficiency in milling and machining techniques.
2. Strong knowledge in CNC machine programming.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
4. Metrology skills for inspecting machined parts.
5. Exemplary conduct, rigor, and precision in task execution.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Experience in CNC programming and machining, particularly with 3 and 5-axis milling machines.

CFC level in polymechanics or equivalent.
