1. Design, develop, and implement micro-injection processes and strategies.
2. Deploy, maintain, and enhance processes throughout the product lifecycle.
3. Participate in the acquisition and qualification of new production equipment.
4. Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and the implementation of solutions.
5. Facilitate knowledge transfer between the R&D department and production.
6. Train and support users during process transfers.
7. Conduct technological watch to stay abreast of industry advancements.

1. HES Engineer degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in the field of micro-injection.
3. Familiarity with vision systems is advantageous.

3. Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Confirmed experience in micro-injection processes is required.
