1. Develop and update control programs for new product realization.
2. Optimize control programs in collaboration with machining programmers to enhance manufacturing strategies.
3. Ensure timely release of programs and define requirements for fixtures or equipment on control means.
4. Support workshops during initial inspections to validate programs.
5. Train operators in the use of control means.
6. Guarantee the capability of control means.
7. Define optimal control ranges in terms of capability, accuracy, and product control time, in collaboration with the project team.

1. HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent.
2. Recognized skills in three-dimensional machine control.
3. Experience in metrology.
4. Knowledge of METROLOG programming software.
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary team.
6. Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, with a passion for fieldwork and strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Experience in metrology and three-dimensional machine control is required.
