1. Develop and update control programs for new product realization.
2. Optimize control programs in collaboration with machining programmers to enhance manufacturing strategies.
3. Ensure timely release of programs and define requirements for fixtures or equipment on control means.
4. Support workshops during initial inspections to validate programs.
5. Ensure operator training on the use of control means.
6. Guarantee the capability of control means.
7. Define optimal control ranges in terms of capability, accuracy, and product control time in collaboration with the project team.

1. HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent.

1. Recognized skills in control on three-dimensional machines.
2. Experience in metrology.
3. Knowledge of METROLOG programming software.
4. Proven communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
5. Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, with a passion for fieldwork and analytical and synthesis skills.

Experience in metrology and control on three-dimensional machines is required.

HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent.
