Rolex Metrology Methods Engineer

- Define control ranges to ensure product compliance.
- Ensure accuracy, capability, and repeatability of measurement tools.
- Establish uncertainty budgets for measurements.
- Develop surveillance plans for measurement tools.
- Engineering degree from EPFL, ETS/HES, or equivalent.
- Professional experience in metrology and project management.
- Knowledge of optical and acoustic control methods.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and data analysis.
- Mastery of common office and specific software tools, ideally SAP, Windchill, Apriso, Tableau.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Professional experience in metrology and project management is required.
Engineering degree from EPFL, ETS/HES, or equivalent.
