1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Metrology, Microtechnology Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Previous training in watchmaking, metrology, or quality is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in metrology or microtechnology is preferred.
