1. Ensure the robustness and sustainability of product/process manufacturing files in 'series life' mode.
2. Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement projects for products/processes.
3. Lead and/or participate in technical or quality problem-solving groups.
4. Train and support operators during changes related to these subjects.
5. Manage corrective 'Industrialization' requests within the sector.

1. Diploma as an ES Technician or equivalent.

1. Ability to project actions in a short and medium-term context.
2. Aptitude for leading a multidisciplinary team and executing action plans.
3. Knowledge of watchmaking and dial manufacturing processes is an advantage.
4. Customer-oriented with strong proposal skills.
5. Excellent ability to adapt communication to context and audience.

Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or watchmaking industry is preferred.

Diploma as an ES Technician or equivalent.
