1. Apply target ranges and streamline manufacturing processes.
2. Participate in the industrialization of new products and processes while assessing their technical feasibility.
3. Implement collaboratively defined standards and support operations during qualifications.
4. Conduct testing from programming to fine-tuning, with rigorous documentation of test reports.
5. Develop experimental plans and formalize results to enhance production processes.
6. Manage, create, and ensure the quality of technical documents, providing support to workshops.

1. HES Engineer, ES Technician diploma in microtechnology, or equivalent.

1. Recognized skills in preparation and finishing on 5-axis CNC machines (programming, grinding, satin finishing).
2. Experience in automatic preparation and finishing of watchmaking products.
3. Proficiency in CREO software and SAP ERP.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with a practical approach.
5. Methodical and rigorous approach with analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Willingness to undergo initial training in Geneva before continuing the mission in the canton of Fribourg.

Experience in automatic preparation and finishing of watchmaking products is required.

HES Engineer, ES Technician diploma in microtechnology, or equivalent.
