Rolex Methods Project Manager, Jewellery Production

- Coordinate qualification activities for new-product projects within the jewellery production domain, ensuring timely delivery against quality and manufacturing standards.
- Align and mobilize cross-functional contributors around product intent and project objectives; act as a focal point to federate teams and valorize collaborative work.
- Govern system data and manage deviations from established standards to maintain manufacturing traceability and conformity.
- Document industrial scenarios and technical solutions, producing clear manufacturing instructions and process references.
- Capture and capitalise on best practices; contribute to the evolution and formalisation of technical referentials and standards.
- Drive activity planning and monitor project schedules, milestones and resource allocation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to raise process robustness, efficiency and product quality.
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent).
- Proven experience in industrial project management, ideally within watchmaking or jewellery manufacturing.
- Ability to take strategic perspective and lead groups of technical experts across functions.
- Natural leadership and pedagogical skills to motivate, coach and align multidisciplinary teams.
- Autonomy, strong sense of responsibility and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear communication and active listening.

Confirmed experience managing industrial projects, ideally within high-precision manufacturing such as watchmaking or jewellery; experience working transversally with technical experts and production teams to implement methods and qualify new products.
