Rolex Methods Engineer

- Define processes and optimal sequences for the manufacturing of tooling based on design plans, including coordination of internal and outsourced operations.
- Calculate and define machine and labor times for the production or assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
- Develop and input operational ranges and bill of materials into SAP.
- Collaborate closely with the technical office, workshop managers across various disciplines (machining, assembly), and all stakeholders involved in logistics processes such as purchasing, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal control.
- Ensure the quality of data entered or extracted from the SAP system.
- Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual times.
- Prepare and present project proposals.
- Contribute to standardization and cost improvement initiatives for tooling.
- CFC in micromechanics or polymechanics, or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in managing operational ranges and manufacturing methods.
- Proven experience in the production of micromechanical parts.
- Knowledge of various mechanical machining methods.
- Proficiency in technical construction and drawing.
- Competency in using an ERP system (SAP is advantageous).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent integration capability, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate transversally across functions.
- Aptitude for multitasking.
Significant experience in micromechanical manufacturing and operational range management.
CFC in micromechanics or polymechanics, or equivalent qualification.
