- Develop and update control programs for new product realization in surface treatment and coloring environments.
- Ensure timely release of programs and define requirements for fixtures or equipment on control means.
- Support workshops during initial controls to validate programs.
- Ensure operator training on the use of control means.
- Guarantee the capability of control means.
- Define optimal control ranges in terms of capability, accuracy, and product control time in collaboration with the project team.
- Engineering degree (HES) or Technician (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.
- Recognized skills in color control, surface condition, bath quality, gloss, and dimensional control.
- Experience in metrology.
- Knowledge of METROLOG programming software is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, with a taste for fieldwork, analytical and synthesis skills.
Experience in metrology and control processes within a manufacturing environment.
Engineering degree (HES) or Technician (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.
