Rolex Merchandising Manager

- Manage and track customer orders for direct markets and subsidiaries from request to shipment.
- Record all orders via SAP and the retailer portal.
- Correspond with clients and Market Managers in both French and English.
- Maintain delivery schedules and monitor order progress.
- Input orders through the internal purchasing platform and collaborate with the inventory management team for receipt tracking.
- Issue credit notes.
- Commercial Employee CFC or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent command of French and English with strong writing skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Strong teamwork and integration skills.
- Adaptability and proactivity.
- Dynamic with a strong sense of initiative.
Experience in a similar role within the luxury goods sector is preferred.
Commercial Employee CFC or equivalent qualification.
