1. Manage and track customer orders for direct markets and subsidiaries from request to shipment.
2. Record all orders via SAP and the retailer portal.
3. Correspond with clients and Market Managers in both French and English.
4. Maintain delivery schedules and monitor order progress.
5. Input orders through the internal purchasing platform and collaborate with the inventory management team for receipt tracking.
6. Issue credit notes.

1. Commercial Employee CFC or equivalent qualification.
2. Excellent command of French and English with strong writing skills in both languages.
3. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Experience in a similar role within the luxury goods sector is preferred.
