Mechanical Trainer

1. Train apprentices in conventional and CNC mechanics
2. Identify training needs and conduct training sessions using appropriate tools
3. Deliver inter-company courses to apprentices
4. Support trainees in promoting industrial professions
5. Participate in the development of training programs and update course materials
6. Regularly assess and evaluate acquired knowledge and skills
7. Inform the training manager about the progress of the training sessions
8. Maintain and develop pedagogical and technical skills

1. CFC in polymechanics or equivalent qualification
2. Experience in training apprentices
3. Certificates in auxiliary training and corporate training or willingness to undergo training
4. Proficiency in German is an advantage

1. Ability to put interlocutors at ease, especially with the younger generation
2. Good pedagogical skills with enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
3. Ability to create and maintain trust-based working relationships

Experience in training apprentices is required.
