Rolex Mechanical Technician Apprentice (EBA)

- Manufacture components for watch movements and watch fittings using a range of machining and production equipment.
- Prepare and set up tools, fixtures and raw materials required for part production.
- Operate manual and CNC machinery while adhering to strict safety and production protocols.
- Perform in-process and final quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances.
- Maintain workplace organisation and documentation to support traceability and continuous improvement.
- Handcraft aptitude with demonstrated manual dexterity.
- High attention to detail, precision and methodical working habits.
- Logical and methodical problem‑solving ability.
- Very good oral proficiency in French.

No prior professional experience required; suited to young candidates or school leavers with an interest in metalwork, industrial machinery and precision tasks. Practical experience from school workshops or basic internships is an advantage.
Lower secondary education or equivalent suitable for entry into a Swiss EBA vocational apprenticeship.
