1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
2. Proficiency in mechanical tools, including tooling, cutting tools, and ISO dimensioned stamping elements.
3. Advanced knowledge in mechanical machining methods such as turning, milling, grinding, and erosion.
4. Strong command of English, minimum B2 level.

Experience in supervising a team within a mechanical manufacturing environment is required.
