1. Supervise a team of polymecanicians in tool manufacturing.
2. Support and encourage team members to enhance their technical knowledge and versatility.
3. Collaborate closely with other mechanical sector stakeholders to achieve quality, responsiveness, and deadline objectives.
4. Monitor advancements in mechanical machining technologies, organize trials, and participate in the acquisition of new equipment.
5. Ensure the production of complex mechanical parts in a highly reactive environment.
6. Conduct technological watch in the mechanical machining sector.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
2. Proficiency in mechanical tools, including tooling, cutting tools, and ISO dimensioned stamping elements.
3. Advanced knowledge in mechanical machining methods such as turning, milling, grinding, and erosion.
4. Strong command of English, minimum B2 level.

1. Natural leadership and excellent communication skills.
2. Proactive, motivational, and rigorous with a strong client orientation.

Experience in supervising a team within a mechanical manufacturing environment is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
