1. Ensure daily commercial follow-up and manage associated correspondence, including information transmission to clients and subsidiaries.
2. Respond to inquiries from clients and subsidiaries, acting as the primary contact and establishing a strong network with internal partners.
3. Oversee the processing and follow-up of delivery requests, including export, invoicing, payments, and accounting operations.
4. Handle requests for sales accessories from clients and subsidiaries.
5. Manage the customer database and associated points of sale.
6. Assist Market Managers with various projects, including reporting, monitoring store renovations, and organizing schedules, travel, and events.

1. Commercial employee certification (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience of over 5 years in a similar role.

1. Fluency in French, German, and English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficient in digital and IT tools.
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Excellent anticipation skills and priority management.
5. Ability to handle stress and adapt flexibly.
6. Dynamic, proactive, and excellent team spirit.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position is required.

Commercial employee certification (CFC) or equivalent.
