Rolex Manufacturing Process Specialist

- Define and implement strategies and tools for manufacturing and quality control.
- Deploy and enhance processes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure industrial standards and robustness of employed methods.
- Determine programming strategies and associated tools.
- Conduct setup, tuning, and approval of programs on equipment.
- Participate in pre-acceptance and production launch of new production means.
- Train and support users during process transfers from industrialization to production.
- CFC in Polymechanics, Bar Turning, or equivalent qualification.
- Additional training in manufacturing methods, control, or processes is an asset.
- Proven technical expertise in bar turning.
- Proficiency in CNC programming across various platforms.
- Knowledge of Citizen, Tornos, and multi-spindle technologies is advantageous.
- Ability to define and document functional and technical specifications.
- Analytical and synthesis skills for solving complex problems.
- Technical curiosity and interest in new technologies.
- Clear and effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Rigor, organization, and structured work methodology.

Demonstrated experience in CNC programming and bar turning, with a strong technical background in manufacturing processes.
