- Develop and ensure the quality and compliance of machining programs for production equipment.
- Monitor and communicate task progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Actively participate in the integration of new products and processes, formalizing reference states.
- Conduct production trials in collaboration with partner teams and draft associated reports.
- Update technical data related to production means and operations.
- Rationalize and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within production and service departments.
- CFC in polymecanics, HES Engineer, ES Technician in microtechnology, or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in machining on machines (turning, milling) with proficiency in ISO and CAM programming.
- Proficiency in CAM software (ideally CREO and GibbsCAM) and knowledge of CAD software (ideally CREO).
- Advanced mechanical skills on machining equipment, including tool assembly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a preference for hands-on tasks.
- Methodical and rigorous approach with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Willingness to undergo initial training in Geneva before continuing the mission in the canton of Fribourg.
Several years of confirmed experience in machining on machines (turning, milling) with expertise in ISO and CAM programming.
CFC in polymecanics, HES Engineer, ES Technician in microtechnology, or equivalent.
