1. Supervise corrective maintenance of production and logistics equipment through comprehensive analysis, including mechanical, electrical, IT, and automation fault diagnosis and repair.
2. Perform preventive maintenance and propose reliability enhancements, adhering to production cost and timeline requirements.
3. Optimize collaboration with various Rolex departments during group projects.
4. Prepare interventions considering production constraints and safety guidelines.
5. Diagnose issues, manage parts orders, execute interventions, or coordinate with suppliers.
6. Propose improvements in reactivity and reliability, and analyze historical data for further development or new projects.

1. CFC Automation Technician plus ES Technician in industrial systems or microtechnology, or equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in electrotechnics and mechanics.
2. Expertise in automation and numerical control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).
3. Knowledge of industrial IT systems.
4. Fluency in English; German is advantageous.
5. Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.
6. Strong teamwork skills, effective communication, and sociability.
7. Technical curiosity, rigor, analytical thinking, initiative, and autonomy.

Experience in maintenance of production equipment, with a focus on corrective and preventive maintenance strategies.

CFC Automation Technician plus ES Technician in industrial systems or microtechnology, or equivalent qualification.
