1. Perform first-level maintenance of equipment according to the schedule.
2. Propose technical improvement solutions for the machinery fleet.
3. Prioritize activities based on workshop needs.
4. Ensure compliance and availability of tools, production means, and spare parts in stock.
5. Analyze causes following production deviations or stoppages.
6. Support production with technical interventions (adjustments, tool changes, gauge changes) on automatic or semi-automatic machines in 2x8 shifts.
7. Manufacture all calibers of the balance, welded spiral, and various balance bridges and winding bridges.

1. CFC in mechanics, polymechanics, or equivalent training.

1. Proficiency with automatic machines (CNC).
2. Comfortable with standard computer tools.
3. Analytical skills.
4. Ability to understand, assimilate, and communicate effectively.
5. Precision, accuracy, rigor, autonomy, and attention to detail.
6. Availability and flexibility for 2x8 shift work.
7. Stress resistance.
8. Patience, tolerance, and perseverance.
9. Effective time management.
10. Teamwork and interpersonal skills with operators.

Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or technical environment is preferred.

CFC in mechanics, polymechanics, or equivalent training.
