Rolex Maintenance Technician

1. Conduct corrective maintenance on production and logistics equipment through comprehensive analysis and preparation of interventions.
2. Execute maintenance tasks with precision, adhering to safety guidelines and current standards.
3. Manage procurement and maintain relationships with suppliers.
4. Perform preventive maintenance and propose solutions to enhance equipment reliability.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize equipment and improve maintenance process responsiveness and reliability.
6. Prepare reports related to interventions and update work orders.

1. Technical diploma in industrial systems or microtechnology, or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in automation and numerical controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
2. Experience in electrotechnics and mechanics.
3. Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in standard IT tools, with strong knowledge of ERP SAP and industrial computing.
5. Methodical and rigorous approach with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Excellent teamwork abilities, attentive and effective communication skills.
7. Availability for shift work (2x8).
8. Willingness to undergo initial training in Geneva before continuing in the canton of Fribourg.

Experience in electrotechnics and mechanics is required.
