Rolex Maintenance Technician

- Conduct corrective maintenance on production and logistics equipment through comprehensive analysis and preparation of interventions.
- Execute maintenance tasks with precision, adhering to safety guidelines and current standards.
- Manage procurement and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and propose solutions to enhance equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize equipment and improve maintenance process responsiveness and reliability.
- Prepare reports related to interventions and update work orders.
- Technical diploma in industrial systems or microtechnology, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in automation and numerical controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
- Experience in electrotechnics and mechanics.
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
- Proficiency in standard IT tools, with strong knowledge of ERP SAP and industrial computing.
- Methodical and rigorous approach with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent teamwork abilities, attentive and effective communication skills.
- Availability for shift work (2x8).
- Willingness to undergo initial training in Geneva before continuing in the canton of Fribourg.
Experience in electrotechnics and mechanics is required.
Technical diploma in industrial systems or microtechnology, or equivalent.
