1. Operate and oversee the production on state-of-the-art rotary transfer machines with robotic loading.
2. Ensure production meets quality and quantity objectives as per set targets.
3. Adhere to control points, including their frequency and sample size, according to the control range (MSP method).
4. Manage and adjust production machinery settings.
5. Collaborate with process industrialization methods to enhance machining conditions.
6. Perform data entry for production and quality reporting.
7. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quality, cost, and process by formalizing improvement proposals.

1. Possession of a CFC in production mechanics, polymechanics, or equivalent.

1. Proven experience in CNC operations, with experience on Précitrames machines considered an advantage.
2. Ability to operate complex equipment.
3. Proficiency in reading manufacturing plans (dimensional and geometric tolerancing).
4. Understanding of the operation of 3D control machines, VideoCad, and vertical comparators.
5. Willingness to work in a 2x8 team, potentially 3x8 shifts.
6. Autonomy, proactivity, and meticulousness in the workplace.
7. Respect and team spirit.

Confirmed experience in CNC operations is required, with specific experience on Précitrames machines considered beneficial.
