Rolex Machining Operator

- Oversee the production and monitoring of various watch components using machining equipment.
- Ensure dimensional and aesthetic quality control of produced parts.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Professional experience in CNC turning, 5-axis milling, grinding, or single and multi-spindle turning.
- Basic module in watchmaking or AFP in mechanical practice is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tool adjustments and changes.
- Excellent visual acuity and precision.
- Proficiency with production software.
- Autonomous and organized with strong teamwork capabilities.
- Meticulous and adherent to procedures.
- Availability for shift work (2x8 and 3x8).
Professional experience in machining operations, particularly in CNC turning, milling, or grinding.
Basic module in watchmaking or equivalent mechanical practice certification is a plus.
