1. Define optimal machining processes in terms of strategy, quality, cycle time, and tool wear.
2. Participate in the industrialization of new products and processes, formalizing reference states.
3. Conduct production trials in collaboration with partner services and produce associated reports.
4. Provide technical support and on-site presence for production teams.
5. Preserve and document technical expertise by creating instructions and managing site standards.

1. Engineering degree (HES) or Technician diploma (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.

1. Proven expertise in CNC machining (programming, milling).
2. Proficiency in CNC machine operation and adjustment, including interfaces.
3. In-depth knowledge of CAD/CAM software and ISO programming.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work within multidisciplinary teams.
5. Proactive, autonomous, meticulous, with a passion for fieldwork and analytical thinking.

Experience in CNC machining and programming is required.
