1. Bachelor's or Master's degree, or a technician diploma with extensive experience in watchmaking.
2. Desired experience in machining within a horological environment.
3. Knowledge of related fields such as surface treatment, bonding, washing, and degreasing is an advantage.

Experience in machining within the watchmaking industry is preferred.
