4. Support production in resolving daily issues or deviations in existing processes.
5. Ensure technological watch in areas of expertise.
6. Contribute to proactive communication of activities to various stakeholders.

1. Advanced degree with experience in the watchmaking industry.
2. Desired experience in machining within a horological environment.
3. Knowledge of other disciplines related to dial manufacturing (surface treatment, bonding, washing, degreasing) is an advantage.
