3. Lead continuous improvement projects.
4. Support production in daily problem-solving and process deviation management.
5. Ensure technological watch in areas of expertise.
6. Contribute to proactive communication of activities to various stakeholders.

1. Advanced degree with experience in watchmaking.
2. Desired experience in machining within a horological environment.
3. Knowledge of related disciplines such as surface treatment, bonding, washing, and degreasing is an asset.

3. Natural leadership and pedagogical skills to motivate and unite a team.

Experience in machining within the watchmaking industry is preferred.
