Rolex Machine Technician

- Perform series changes on assembly machines.
- Adjust machines during production to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and service automatic and semi-automatic machines.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to innovation projects and liaise with the industrialization department.
- Analyze stoppage alarms and other malfunctions, developing action plans to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- CFC diploma in mechanics, polymechanics, or automation.
- Autonomy and precision in technical tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to train machine operators.
- Proactive in problem-solving initiatives.
Experience in machine regulation and maintenance within an industrial setting is required.
