- Perform series changes on automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines.
- Adjust machines during production to ensure optimal performance.

- Engage in innovation projects and coordinate with the industrialization department.
- Analyze stoppage alarms and other malfunctions to develop action plans for optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- CFC diploma in mechanics, polymechanics, or automation.
- Autonomy and precision in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Capability to train machine operators.
- Proactive in problem-solving initiatives.
Experience in operating and maintaining automatic and semi-automatic assembly machines is required.
