1. Coordinate and lead logistics projects, ensuring program coherence.
2. Ensure adherence to functional specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
3. Plan and organize follow-up meetings and coordinate activities of business teams.
4. Prepare and facilitate steering committees and executive meetings.
5. Communicate with clients and participate in decision-making processes.

1. Engineering degree from EPF or equivalent in logistics, mechanics, or information systems.
2. Experience in coordinating large-scale logistics projects or industrializing production equipment.
3. Proficiency in ERP, LES, MES tools and processes is an advantage.
4. Autonomous, organized, and excellent communication skills.
5. Strong analytical skills, dynamic, and a team player.
6. Proficiency in English is essential; German is an advantage.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and good listening abilities.
